The Process
How referrals work
Submit a Referral
Complete the referral form below or call our office directly. Include relevant X-rays or records if available.
We Contact Your Patient
Our team reaches out to schedule a consultation, typically within 48–72 hours of receiving the referral.
Consultation & Treatment
Dr. Laor evaluates the patient, discusses treatment options, and proceeds with the agreed plan.
Report Sent to You
A full consultation and post-operative report is sent back to your office to keep you fully informed.
